Membership Committee

Under the guidance of the AVP of Membership, Membership Committee members shall create deliverables and perform tasks that support membership operations. Key membership activities include communications, membership growth and retention, membership benefits, membership enrollment, event registration, customer satisfaction, process management, and reporting.  

Membership activities are designed to encourage:

  • growth and sustainability through the active engagement of Chapter members
  • continued financial health of the Chapter through transparent reporting of membership events revenue
  • efficient operation of the Chapter through robust internal processes; and
  • innovation and learning through professional and social networking opportunities.
