The goals of this Presentation include:
  • Discuss why Process models are a useful Communication tool
  • Illustrate the usefulness of basic computer applications in the creation of process models
  • Understand the differences between the different types of process model elements, and when to use them

About the Speaker
Tajoura has 25 years of experience in the Health Insurance industry. She has spent the majority of that time as BA/PM, and continues to use those skills in her work as a Product Owner for a major technology initiative. During that time she has trained and mentored 50+ individuals in pursuiting their BA goals, and trained countless others in the techniques and skills of Business Analysis. She is an IIBA Member and IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation since August 2014. She is passionate about the BA skill set, volunteering and serving as the VP of Professional Development in order to help others realize their potential as a valuable member of their profession. She believes that the BA skill set and mind set are at the core of successful initiatives for creating and improving anything and everything. She currently lives in Southern NH while engaging in several creative pursuits in her spare time.
