Meet the Nominees
Four IIBA GBC Board Positions are up for Election.
The four positions of office open for election in 2016 are: President, Vice President of Technology, Vice President of Membership, and Vice President of Professional Development. Elected officers serve a two-year term, effective July 1st – June 31st, of the term-ending year. To be nominated a person must be an IIBA GBC Member in good standing.

The President for the IIBA Greater Boston Chapter is the chief executive officer for the Chapter and of the Board. The president establishes and communicates Chapter vision, mission and strategy, ensures compliance with IIBA® and chapter policies and chairs board meetings. The president oversees Chapter elections. |

Jaime Hennessey Jaime is connected to the BA profession for over 17 years. Starting her BA career in the early 2000’s, she has seen the profession grow and develop. She did BA project work for close to 10 years, managed a BA team, set up a Global BA Center of Expertise ,and been the BA Practice Lead for the Us Division of John Hancock since 2014. As part of the BA Practice Lead role, she was responsible for many aspects of growing the BA profession including building out a BA competency model, implementing BA training curriculums, leading a BA Development Program and fostering the management support of the BA role. Jaimie is a Corporate Member contact for Manulife/JH with IIBA. She is CBAP certified since 2010. Jaimie has been on the Advisory board for the Project Summit/BA World conference since 2015. She is also an acting Secretary of the GBC since August 2017. As President of IIBA Greater Boston Chapter, Jaimie’s strategic focus will be to continue to grow membership value by:

The Vice President, Technology for the IIBA Greater Boston Chapter develops and implements the technology strategy and roadmap for the Chapter. This includes ensuring compliance with privacy policies, providing oversight of the Chapter’s website, and working with other board members to ensure that the Chapter’s technology infrastructure supports objectives for delivering value to members. |

Jeffrey LaDestro Jeffrey is a Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years’ experience and is currently a Senior Business at MultiPlan.com. He has been a IIBA GBC Chapter member since Fall 2010 and has had his CBAP since 2012. He holds a Master in Computer Science from Boston University earned in 2017. As the VP Technology, Jeffrey says he would like to do the following: “The VP of Technology opportunity seems like an area where I can make a contribution to the chapter in some meaningful way. Am familiar with website technology and welcome the opportunity to serve the chapter.” |

The Vice President, Membership for the IIBA Greater Boston Chapter develops and maintains the Chapter membership plan to assure continued growth through recruiting and partnering with major community employers. Areas of responsibility include all aspects of membership administration such as maintenance and communication of member records, liaison with IIBA® membership, and member feedback for individual events. |

Robert Dyason Robert is a senior business analyst at MultiPlan, a health care cost management company, where he is responsible for the requirements analysis work on mainly agile projects. He has been in the IT industry in various roles and industries for more than 30 years with the last 10 years actively working with IT software requirements. He has been an IIBA and Greater Boston Chapter member for many years and served on the board of directors as VP of Professional Development in the past and more recently as a volunteer. As VP Membership, Robert is is looking forward to the following: “As VP of Membership, I will focus my attention to the administrative tasks associated with retaining members and reaching out to previous members. I will work with the VP of Technology to streamline communications to members and non-members relating to membership.” |

The Vice President, Professional Development for the IIBA Greater Boston Chapter provides leadership to the chapter in promoting business analysis professionalism through a program of educational seminars, workshops, presentations, and other services. This includes securing speakers for chapter meetings, overseeing CBAP/CCBA Study Groups, and promoting the Chapter’s webinars. |
